We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager – Enterprise Sales to drive B2B revenue across our core product suite:
Crypto Payment Gateway – Enable merchants to accept payments in multiple cryptocurrencies (e.g. USDT, BTC, ETH) with settlement options.
Crypto Exchange White-Label / API – Allow partners to integrate crypto trading (spot) directly into their platforms.
Crypto Debit Card White-Label – Enable clients to issue branded crypto debit cards to their users.
This role focuses on enterprise and high-value B2B clients, including fintech platforms, iGaming operators, Web3 companies, and large online merchants.
You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to deal structuring and closing — while working closely with product, compliance, and technical teams.
Identify, target, and acquire enterprise B2B clients across fintech, iGaming, Web3, and online platforms.
Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, solution design, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Sell complex, API-driven products including payment gateways, exchange infrastructure, and card issuance solutions.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
Understand client business models and propose customized crypto solutions that fit their operational, regulatory, and commercial needs.
Conduct product demos and commercial discussions with C-level executives, founders, and senior decision-makers.
Coordinate with internal teams (product, tech, compliance, operations) to support integrations and onboarding.
Develop strategic partnerships with platforms, payment service providers, aggregators, and ecosystem players.
Identify new verticals, markets, and distribution opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions when required.
Negotiate pricing, revenue share, and commercial terms.
Provide market feedback to improve product offerings and go-to-market strategy.
Stay up to date on crypto, fintech, payments, and iGaming regulations relevant to clients.
Sell real, revenue-generating products, not speculative ideas.
Work directly with founders and senior leadership.
Target enterprise clients with large deal sizes.
Be part of the next wave of crypto-enabled financial infrastructure.
3–8+ years of B2B enterprise sales or business development experience.
Strong background in fintech, payments, crypto, Web3, or iGaming.
Proven track record of closing high-value, complex B2B deals.
Experience selling API-based, SaaS, or infrastructure products is highly preferred.
Existing network in iGaming operators, fintech platforms, or crypto companies is a strong advantage.
Strong consultative and solution-selling mindset.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders.
Ability to explain technical products to non-technical clients.
Highly self-motivated, independent, and results-driven.
Commercially sharp with strong deal-structuring ability.
Understanding of crypto payments, exchanges, wallets, or card issuing.
Experience working with compliance, KYC, AML, or licensing-driven products.
Prior experience in white-label or B2B2C business models.
