Requirements

We are seeking a highly capable Project Executive who is Korean or fluent in Korean (spoken and written) to support and manage ongoing technology and crypto-related projects. This role acts as a key bridge between internal teams and Korean-speaking stakeholders and investors, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely project updates.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of crypto, crypto trading concepts, and how technology products are built and operated, from front-end user experience to back-end systems. While direct working experience in a crypto company is not mandatory, a solid conceptual understanding and genuine interest in the space is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder & Investor Liaison

• Act as the primary communication point between internal teams and Korean-speaking stakeholders and investors

• Translate complex technical and project-related information into clear, structured updates in Korean

• Attend meetings, calls, and briefings with stakeholders and ensure action points are properly tracked and followed up

Project Coordination & Oversight

• Monitor and track project progress across multiple components, including:

  • Front-end product development

  • Back-end systems and infrastructure

  • Integrations, APIs, and technical milestones

• Work closely with product, tech, and operations teams to understand timelines, dependencies, and risks

• Ensure project deliverables are aligned with agreed objectives and schedules

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project updates for stakeholders and investors

• Produce clear reports covering:

  • Project status and milestones

  • Technical progress and challenges

  • Next steps, risks, and mitigation plans

• Maintain organized documentation for project workflows, updates, and stakeholder communications

Cross-Team Communication

• Coordinate internally to gather accurate updates from developers, product managers, and operations teams

• Help ensure non-technical stakeholders clearly understand technical concepts and progress

• Support internal alignment by clarifying expectations and priorities across teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

Language

• Native Korean OR fluent in Korean (spoken and written) – mandatory

• Proficient in English for internal communication and documentation

Crypto & Technology Knowledge

• Strong understanding of:

  • Cryptocurrency fundamentals

  • Crypto trading concepts (CEX, DEX, liquidity, wallets, tokens, etc.)

• Good grasp of how technology companies operate, including:

  • Front-end vs back-end systems

  • Product development lifecycle

  • Technical dependencies and delivery timelines

Project & Professional Skills

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills

• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

• Comfortable working with fast-moving, evolving projects

• Confident communicator with a professional presence when dealing with investors and stakeholders

Experience

• Prior experience in project coordination, operations, consulting, tech, fintech, or related roles is preferred

• Experience working with international stakeholders or investors is a strong advantage

• Direct crypto industry experience is not required, provided the candidate demonstrates strong knowledge and understanding
