About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Web ReactJS Developer to join our growing tech team. You will be responsible for building high-performance, scalable web applications and contributing to the full development lifecycle—from design to deployment.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about modern frontend technologies, performance optimization, and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using ReactJS and modern frontend frameworks
• Collaborate with team leaders to estimate project timelines and deliverables accurately
• Participate in system design and architecture to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
• Perform testing, debugging, and documentation to ensure product quality
• Build reusable components, libraries, and frameworks to improve development efficiency
• Work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless API integration
• Provide Level 3 support, including after-hours support when required
• Continuously improve product performance, UI/UX, and code quality

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in web application development
• Experience working on high-concurrency or scalable applications
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in:
  • JavaScript, TypeScript
  • ReactJS, Next.js
  • GraphQL
  • AJAX, jQuery
• Experience with state management (Redux, Flux, or similar)
• Working knowledge of MySQL
• Strong understanding of design patterns and best practices

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills (English required, Mandarin is a plus)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning
