Role Overview


We are seeking a hands-on, commercially driven CEO to lead and scale the company’s regional operations.

This role goes beyond traditional leadership you will be directly responsible for:

  • Driving revenue growth through B2B client acquisition
  • Ensuring product excellence and innovation
  • Building a high-performance organization across multiple departments
  • Aligning product success with client profitability and retention


You will oversee a team of 100+ professionals across:

Marketing, Product Management, Business Analysis, Sales & Business Development, Product Innovation, IT, and DevOps.


Key Responsibilities


Business Growth & Revenue Leadership

  • Lead and scale the Business Development & Sales teams to acquire new B2B clients
  • Define and implement clear KPIs, sales frameworks, and revenue strategies
  • Drive partnerships and enterprise deals across Fintech and Web3 ecosystems
  • Own P&L and ensure sustainable, scalable growth


Product & Client Success

  • Work closely with Product, Tech, and Innovation teams to ensure continuous product enhancement (frontend, backend, UX, features)
  • Align product roadmap with client needs and revenue opportunities
  • Ensure high client retention and success through performance-driven SaaS delivery
  • Build systems to track and optimize client profitability and engagement


Operational Leadership

  • Manage cross-functional teams (100+ headcount) with clear structure and accountability
  • Establish strong internal processes across Product, Tech, Marketing, and BD
  • Drive execution excellence across multi-country operations


Regional Leadership

  • Work closely with China-based Tech Development teams (frequent travel required)
  • Bridge communication between business, product, and engineering teams across regions

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 🇸🇬 Singaporean (preferred) with willingness to relocate to Japan
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (mandatory) for China operations
  • Proven experience in:
  • SaaS / Fintech / Technology platforms
  • B2B business development & revenue growth
  • Product management / client success / platform scaling
  • Strong track record managing large cross-functional teams (50–100+ people)
  • Hands-on leader with both strategic vision and execution capability
  • Experience working across multi-country teams (Japan / China exposure is a plus)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership mentality
