Key Responsibilities

Strategic Execution & Project Management

• Support the Chairman in executing key strategic initiatives across all global offices — Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong and China
• Track and drive progress on high-priority projects across Product, Engineering, Commercial and Operations
• Identify risks, gaps and bottlenecks in ongoing initiatives and escalate or resolve proactively
• Ensure strategic priorities are executed with speed, clarity and accountability across all business units

Business Analysis & Decision Support

• Prepare business analysis, financial summaries and executive reports to support leadership decision-making
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape and market intelligence relevant to 1MAX Technology's business
• Synthesize data from internal teams and external sources into clear, actionable insights
• Support strategic planning processes including annual planning, investor updates and expansion roadmaps

Cross-functional Coordination

• Act as the operational bridge between the Chairman and internal teams across KL, Japan, HK, SG and China
• Ensure clear communication, follow-up and accountability across all departments and offices
• Coordinate multi-team initiatives — aligning product, engineering, commercial and operations on shared goals
• Represent the Chairman in internal meetings when required and ensure outcomes are executed

Stakeholder & External Engagement

• Prepare meeting materials, board presentations and strategic documents for key stakeholder engagements
• Support investor meetings, key client discussions and industry events on behalf of the Chairman
• Manage ad-hoc strategic and operational tasks assigned by the Chairman
• Liaise with external partners, vendors and counterparts across multiple markets

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations or similar role
• Strong analytical and structured thinking ability — able to process complex information quickly
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English and Mandarin
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality and personal ownership
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced international environment
• Singaporean Chinese profile — below 34 years old
• Willing to be based in KL first before relocating to Japan (full relocation support provided)
• Valid passport — frequent travel across MY, SG, JP, HK & China required

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in management consulting, investment banking or strategy at a high-growth company
• Experience supporting C-suite executives or founders
• Exposure to iGaming, SaaS, fintech or digital platform businesses
• International or regional business experience across APAC
• Strong presentation and executive communication skills
• Familiarity with cross-border business operations and multi-entity structures
