Requirements

• Solid understanding of modern web technologies; able to troubleshoot from web functionality through to end-to-end infrastructure.
• Cloudflare and CDN experience (Workers, rulesets).
• AWS networking: ALB, NLB, API Gateway, Cloud Map, DNS.
• AWS compute and containers: EC2, ECS, Docker image creation and management.
• Data and messaging services: RDS, MongoDB, message queues.
• Linux production experience.
• Engineering judgement, curiosity and a security-first mindset; able to explain technical trade-offs.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good English, written and spoken. Chinese is an advantage.

We are looking for a hands-on AWS Cloud Support Engineer responsible for the reliability, security and performance of our cloud platform. You will support production systems spanning web applications, edge delivery, cloud infrastructure, container platforms and distributed services, and work closely with Software Engineering, DevOps and Product teams to solve production challenges and keep improving the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 Level 1 support for company infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation and fast recovery from incidents.
• Operate and continuously improve the infrastructure so the cloud platform stays secure, scalable and highly available.
• Own production troubleshooting across the full request lifecycle, from browser to backend services.
• Support Linux-based production environments, container platforms and distributed application services on the AWS ECS ecosystem.
• Work with DevOps teams, understand CI/CD workflows and assist with deployment-related production issues.
