Description

Location: Johor Bahru, Malaysia · On-site · Full-time · Entry level · Fresh graduates welcome · Training provided

We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Johor Bahru. You will support our Meta and Google campaigns and SEO work, and learn how every ringgit spent is tracked and tied to results.

This is an entry-level, hands-on role for a fresh graduate who is curious, organised and eager to learn. You will be trained by senior marketers and given real work from the start, so you build practical skills quickly.

What you will do

  • Support the planning, setup and daily running of paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads and Google Ads, with guidance from senior team members.
  • Help with SEO: keyword research, on-page updates, content briefs and basic technical checks.
  • Monitor campaign performance every day, and flag anything that needs attention, such as overspend, low results or tracking errors.
  • Set up and check tracking with GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel, and learn how to read the data.
  • Prepare simple weekly and monthly reports with clear findings and suggestions.
  • Help run A/B tests on ads, creatives and landing pages, and record what works.
  • Work with designers and copywriters to prepare ad creatives and content on time.
  • Support social media posting, email campaigns and community engagement.
  • Use AI tools to research, draft and test ideas faster.
  • Learn from the team every week, and grow your own skills in paid ads, SEO and analytics.

Career path: grow into Digital Marketing Executive, then Senior Digital Marketing Executive, with on-the-job training from experienced marketers and exposure to real ad budgets and results.
